An accommodating stay with surprises

Delightful stay despite the hiccup! Room was spacious and the children loved the surprise soundbox. The staff's friendliness truly made us feel at home.

A few cleanliness oversights, like hair strands on the carpet, detracted from our otherwise wonderful experience. Daily cleaning could be improved.

great access to parks and restaurants for weekend explorers

the hotel is right near the rosslyn metro stop, making it super easy to hop on and explore dc. You're just a short walk from fantastic dining options like district taco and mochaperry coffee which really enhanced my stay.

My stay at Hyatt Centric was very pleasant. The amenities were excellent, with a well-equipped business center that met all my professional needs. The staff was efficient in assisting with my inquiries and setting up necessary resources for my work. The location is superb, providing easy access to dining options and local attractions.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Centric. The location is fantastic, right next to the Rosslyn metro station. This made exploring DC super easy. My room had effective air conditioning, keeping things nice and cool during the warm days. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with great quality food options. The staff were courteous and quick to assist, particularly Angel at check-in and Bryant who made delicious omelets every morning. It’s nice to have a Starbucks option available for grabbing coffee too. However, there were issues with wifi connectivity. It was inconsistent, which was frustrating given the amount I spent on my stay. Also, the parking situation was tricky and pretty expensive. Overall, a good experience with a few areas needing attention.

i had a great stay at hyatt centric! the staff were very nice and welcoming. my room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the location was perfect for accessing the metro and close to some great coffee shops. plus, they provided free water, which was a nice touch! i loved how easy it was to charge my devices with the usb alarm clock.

This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!

The lobby and check-in area felt cramped, leading to overhearing other guests' conversations during the check-in process. Parking is a hassle with mandatory valet service that costs way more than the public garage down the street. The on-site restaurant was not staffed when I tried to have lunch, forcing me to dine elsewhere. Additionally, the absence of microwaves in the room is a letdown for anyone needing to reheat food, which might not work for everyone.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful views and convenience to the Smithsonian's National Zoo nearby. Plus, the vibe at the hotel was welcoming, and the staff were super helpful. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky and pricey, so plan ahead!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds High Floor and loved the proximity to the Rosslyn Metro for easy access to DC. The staff were super accommodating, helping us with a quiet room. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, but the parking fees were a bit on the higher side.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a variety of hot and fresh options every day. The staff maintained a professional demeanor and the housekeeper was exceptionally kind, always offering extra bottled water when asked. I appreciated the convenience of accessing the metro station just a short walk away.

The view from our room was not impressive, which was a bit disappointing.
